Return & Refund Policy

Retourbeleid MENT4L

Bij MENT4L willen we dat je volledig tevreden bent met je aankoop. Ben je om welke reden dan ook niet helemaal blij, dan bieden we de mogelijkheid om je artikelen binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst te retourneren.

1. Voorwaarden voor Retourneren

1.1 Retouraanvragen moeten binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van de bestelling worden ingediend.
1.2 Artikelen moeten ongebruikt, onbeschadigd en in de originele verpakking worden geretourneerd.
1.3 De kosten voor de retourzending zijn voor de klant. MENT4L is niet verantwoordelijk voor verzendkosten van retouren.
1.4 Zodra de geretourneerde artikelen zijn ontvangen en geïnspecteerd, wordt het aankoopbedrag terugbetaald via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode. De verwerking kan tot 10 werkdagen duren.

2. Retourprocedure

2.1 Retour aanvragen: Stuur een e-mail naar info@men4l.nl met je ordernummer en de reden van retour.
2.2 Verzend het pakket: Na goedkeuring ontvang je het retouradres. Bewaar altijd een verzendbewijs, want MENT4L is niet verantwoordelijk voor zoekgeraakte of beschadigde retourzendingen.
2.3 Ontvangst & Terugbetaling: Zodra we het artikel hebben ontvangen en gecontroleerd, krijg je een bevestiging. De terugbetaling wordt binnen 10 werkdagen verwerkt.

MENT4L behoudt zich het recht voor om retouren te weigeren die niet voldoen aan de bovenstaande voorwaarden.

At Viveane, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we offer the option to return your items within 30 days of receiving them.

1.1 Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
1.2 Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
1.3 Viveane is not responsible for the cost of return shipping; this is fully the customer's responsibility.
1.4 Once the returned items are received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method. Processing may take up to 10 business days.

2. Return Procedure
2.1 Submit a return request: Contact our customer service at info@viveane.com to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
2.2 Send the return: After your return request is approved, send the package to the specified return address. Be sure to keep a shipping receipt, as Viveane is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
2.3 Receipt and Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, you will receive a confirmation. The refund will then be processed within 10 business days.
